We monitor our own performance and maintain what we call a non conformance log. Some of our trade partners also monitor our performance and we seem to perform rather well (e.g. we are accredited as a Gold Supplier to YPO). Customer feedback is important to us. It is nice to hear customer comments on what we are doing well. Equally, if we are not doing well please let us know.
