Basic Terms and Conditions

Payment

Following despatch of your order, you will be invoiced and have up to 30 days to pay. Payment is acceptable by cheque, credit card or BACS transfer. We accept MasterCard, Visa or Delta. Please ensure cardholders name and address, card number and expiry date are included.

Cheques should be made payable to Profile Education Limited.

Deliveries

Deliveries are made to ground floor reception only.

Failed deliveries may incur charges.

Please advise of any access restrictions when placing an order. If not advised and delivery is attempted charges will be incurred.

Any delivery charges will be stated on your current price list or on our website.

Goods are despatched on a standard 2-5 day service.

If a specific delivery time (e.g. 2.00p.m.) is required please advise with your order as there is usually a further charge of £7.00.

For some remote parts of the UK mainland and all offshore islands additional carriage charges will apply. Contact Customer Service for full details.

Refunds or Returns

Your satisfaction with our goods and service is important to us. We will gladly refund or exchange any goods if returned in the original packaging, unsoiled and unused, within 10 working days from receipt of goods. Please check all items on delivery. If an item is faulty or damaged, simply contact us within 10 working days of receipt. We will where possible replace damaged parts free of charge. If we are unable to do so we will replace or refund in full.

Please note - if goods are unsuitable there will be a re stocking charge of 30% of the total order value of the product or £15, whichever is the greater amount, and original carriage will not be credited.

All corrugated board (cardboard) products are non refundable.

Goods cannot be returned if they have been assembled or part assembled.

Cancellations - if the goods have not been despatched there will be no charge. If goods have been despatched then our re stocking charge will apply.

Risk and Title

Until such time Profile Education receives full payment for goods we reserve the right for our legal representatives to enter any premises of the buyer to repossess our goods.

Alterations

Profile Education reserve the right to alter prices, product specifications and terms and conditions without prior notification.
